Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time directly via their dashboard, or by emailing info@buxtup.com at least 3 business days before the next renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed prior to billing.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom environment and AI provisioning required to operate each BuxTup software subsidiary, the following fees are non-refundable:
- Monthly software subscription fees
- Usage-based meter fees (e.g., call minutes, overage charges)
- Custom development and implementation fees
Upon cancellation, your account will continue to have access to subscribed services through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
