2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Software subscriptions are billed recurringly in USD ($) according to the plan selected at signup. Metered usage fees are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and itemized on your invoice.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by BuxTup are the property of BuxTup LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuxTup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or through the dashboard.
